TV REVIEW: Further Tales of the City – Miniseries

Watching the third instalment of the Tales of the City series was a bit tricky since it’s not available on any streaming service I subscribe to or any of the free apps. The other two were on All4 but I couldn’t find this one anywhere but YouTube… which meant I could not download it for commute watching. I am not entirely sure I should have bothered.

TV REVIEW: Killing Eve – Season 2

Season 2 of Killing Eve picks up directly after season 1 ended with Eve (Sandra Oh) stabbing Villanelle (Jodie Comer). Reeling from the violent act she has committed but unable to find Villanelle, Eve returns to MI6 and her husband, Niko (Owen McDonnell) but can’t get past her obsession. Meanwhile Villanelle makes plans to track Eve down but can’t escape her past or her own compulsions.

TV Review: Killing Eve – Season 1

Security operative, Eve Polastri (Sandra Oh) is bored with her desk job and desperate to be a “real spy”. After unofficially following up on an assassination case she believes was committed by a woman Eve gets herself fired. However she’s come to the attention of a senior operative (Fiona Shaw) who seconds her to further the investigation.
