I had another week of travelling this week. This time I was in Leeds for workshops so once again most of my photos are from my hotel room. It has been very cold this week but I have been lucky not to have to wrap up too much since my new coat is basically a giant duvet.

This week my office has turned very festive with lots of decorations around. We also had our team Christmas lunch. I always enjoy a bit of Christmas spirit, which is reflected in this week’s outfits.
This week has been cold and rather damp. My office also tends to be on the cold side so I have been wrapping up a bit. It’s definitely sweater weather!

After spending the weekend in Lisbon in shorts and t-shirts it was a bit of a shock to the system to be back in England and really chilly. I had a really busy week at work with a fair bit of trekking around to different sites for workshops. It has reminded me that I need to buy some new comfy winter boots!
This week was a bit less confusing weather-wise. It has definitely properly cooled down and I’ve had less stress about overheating in the middle of the day. I am enjoying getting some of my more wintery clothes back into the mix.
This week started off really cold and then warmed up and now it’s cold again. There are only two outfits this week as I had a team day out on Thursday. Both outfits are on the colder end of the week and it’s hard to believe that on Thursday I was in a t-shirt!
This week the weather has been quite in between. I think autumn is definitely on its way. I have been trying to find outfits that are warm enough for when I leave in the morning but don’t leave me sweltering when I am on my way home.
After we were briefly led to believe spring might be coming when it warmed up on Saturday, we were soon proved very wrong. Winter came back full off mist and drizzle this week, which is reflected in the outfits I wore on the three days I went into work as well as the wildness of my hair. Please join me in wishing for better weather as I am getting sick of my winter clothes.
Another week of really changeable weather, varying between massive rain showers and sunshine but then also rather a lot of wind. I am sure in past years by April I had downgraded from a coat to a jacket but I am not sure that is happening any time in the near future here. Sigh. Read more…
There was no “What I wore to work” post last week because I never actually physically made it into the office. I spent the first two days of the week in our Dusseldorf office (which was nice because they have an in-house barista and unlimited coffee). Then it snowed like the end of days and I wasn’t actually able to travel to work for the rest of the week and spent my time in front of my laptop in sweatpants #sorrynotsorry. This week, however, the freeze has lifted, the sun is out and I am back at my desk… although somewhat grumpy about the fact that my fringe has grown like a weed and I look like a shaggy dog. This week I actually went into my normal office for four days in a row for the first time in six weeks, which seems mad. So this time there are four outfits. It was freezing during the week so I had to try and balance out style and warmth. I am not sure I succeeded!
This week there are only two outfits because I was in Havant again but this time for two days. This is also why my blog is a bit sparse at the moment but I am hoping not to have to go down again any time soon and to get back into my normal routine a bit. Read more…
I made another trip to Havant this week Wednesday so I am once again missing an outfit picture for the week. It wouldn’t have been a very happy picture though since there were horrible train delays and the weather was vile. You’ve missed out on nothing!
So after a pretty positive reception I have decided to crack on with a weekly “what I wore to work” post. I only physically go in to work 4 days a week and for the rest of the time I live in jeans and sweatshirts so there will usually be 4 outfits a week. This week there are 3 as Monday was a bank holiday. Photos are from my Instagram stories and are taken in the work bathroom, so don’t expect amazing quality.
Where possible I will link to where you can buy what I am wearing (or similar) but some of my wardrobe has been around for some time so lots of things probably aren’t on sale anymore.
